Welcome to the LIAA Arts Education Roundtable 

Dear Colleague:

 

You're invited to the LIAA Arts Education Roundtable on April 15 from
8:30 A.M. to noon at Hofstra University.  The LIAA Roundtable will
establish plans to support full-time arts teaching in the schools, while
at the same time vetting and encouraging supplemental arts programming
that will enhance and support the work of arts educators.

 

Of course, given the current funding crisis for arts education in our
schools, this is a most timely and important event. Your presence is
critical as a stakeholder in Long Island's future.
