The "Beginnings" Mommy & Me Program at the Green Vale School: The "Beginnings" class at the Green Vale School is a "mommy & me" experience. It offers very young children, 9-23 months, the opportunity for exploratory, interactive and parallel play with their caregiver as well as their peers. Parents and caregivers enjoy connecting with other adults as the children become more comfortable in the classroom and start to experience what school is all about.

Toddler teachers are friendly, empathetic, outgoing and energetic.
Lesson development - develop fun and engaging routines and lessons that are interactive and enjoyable while supporting child development
Classroom leadership - successfully take charge in a classroom setting, keeping toddlers engaged while alongside their caregivers
Compassion and empathy - exercise compassion and empathy while interacting with children and their parents, supporting a safe, healthy learning environment for all children
Organization and cleaning - ensure that the classroom area is neat and organized at the conclusion of each session

The Mommy & Me teacher hours are 8:15 - 10:15 AM Monday -Thursday.
