Can you pass along the attached proposal to your constituents if you’re a communications officer? I’ve just sent around the electronic vote, and some will not have seen the proposal.

In addition, on the electronic ballot, everyone should simply include their vote next to number 1. There’s no need to include “no” or “abstain” next to numbers 2 and 3. Thanks!
