Hello all,

Below is a checklist for the submissions that I have started to receive from all of you.

If I have received a piece of your submission, you will see an "X" listed in that column.

Please remember that I am looking for columns #1 and #2 to be submitted to me no later than Friday, May 10th.

I have spoken to anyone who has an extended clinical and has contacted me. If you have not yet contacted me to let me know that your clinical extends past May 3rd, you need to do so ASAP.

Your self-reflection can be submitted up until the following Wednesday. However, in all likelihood, I am thinking that most all of you will want to submit before, so you can simply enjoy your graduation.
