We are kicking off now with a focus on the health benefits of participating in sporting and physical activity, especially in this time of uncertainty and physical and social distancing, and invite you to join us.
Here’s what we are asking you to do now:

  *   Your tips!  Share 3 things/exercises on our social media platforms you are doing to #BeActive during current containment measures.
  *   Photos.  Better yet accompany the tips with a photo(s) of you or home sheltering partner(s) demonstrating your tips.
  *   Video.  Best post a video demonstrating your tips. We would be grateful if you could film a simple short video on your phone, encouraging people to #BeActive and share their ideas.

  *   Sport improves your mood and will help you beat negative thoughts about #COVID19. It boosts your happiness and relaxation. Physical activity triggers brain chemicals that make you feel happier and more relaxed. So #BeActive
