[Post-sustainability-committee] Food demo and tour of Winnick

Hello,


You are invited to come to a cooking demo and tour of Winnick dining on March 30 at 1:30pm. Chef Justin has kindly agreed to repeat his awesome lecture, demo, and tour that he did for my Food & Society course last year. My students will meet at Winnick at 1:30 and it will go until the 2pm classes end at 3:20. Feel free to come sit in for part of it or all of it. You can bring your class, but if you plan to do so, please let me know so we can warn Chef Justin.


My students tell me that there are some great new vegan food options at Winnick (they have truly only reported good things), so I'm excited to check it out. One student told me she tried quinoa for the first time because it was in the vegan section. And she liked it! :)
