I'll encourage any of the students who come across my path - sounds totally interesting!

Subject: [Post-sustainability-committee] Environmental Sociology course
Hi Sustainability crew!
I am looking for a couple more students to enroll in my Environmental Sociology course this semester (Sociology 73, M/W @2pm). I have some exciting things planned -- including a tour of a Covanta waste-to-energy facility, a private tour at the United Nations (and a meeting with the US mission), and a tour of a local farm. I'm happy to send you the syllabus if you are interested. Please sign up right away if you can - and tell your friends!
Also, I'm excited for the start of the year and the start of the official LIU Post Center on Sustainability! Congratulations to Scott Carlin and Carol Boyer!
