A Return to Common Sense:  Restoring Developmentally Appropriate Education to Our Schools



A discussion of educational trends that have been affecting the development of school children on Long Island and across the country.  The influence of high stakes testing on classroom and school environments, as well as community, educator and parent reactions to recent federal and state education policies, will be the focus of the conversation.  Ample time will be devoted to audience questions.
