would like to remind all faculty of the full faculty meeting that will be held on December 7, 2016 at 12:30 (location to be determined as I await confirmation). There is likely to be a full agenda for that meeting (and a good deal of discussion on a variety
of topics), so I would also like to let everyone know that should we need to add another faculty meeting, we have a date reserved of December 13th. </span></span></span></font></div>

per the CBA, we have "consulted" with administration with respect to our operating procedures and have told them that we use Robert's Rules of Order as clearly indicated in our governance documents. Robert's Rules are the procedures that allow us to go into
executive session, but they are also what allows us to ensure folks have the ability to participate, to bring items to closure, and to vote. The most important thing, though, is that we are consistent in our operating procedures so that we are best able to continue

full-time faculty through their faculty council representatives. Such process should facilitate discussion and bring items to closure faster, as all faculty would have time to consider and reflect on the specific courses of action. While motions can always
