Dear all,
If I may advocate a candidate from CEIT, I wold like to bring your attention to Yen Yen Woo, who has already served one term on Campus Personnel Committee. I strongly believe she can be an excellent representative of our college.

Thanks,
Jeong-Eun Rhee

Dear Colleagues,

As you know, given all of the previous emails, there is a VERY IMPORTANT election taking place now which SPECIFICALLY affects ANYONE who wants to apply for promotion or tenure in the CEIT. I CANNOT impress upon you how important it is to have a CEIT representative on the faculty personnel committee. More importantly, I cannot impress upon you how important it is that folks VOTE in these very important elections.

Regardless of whether you are going to apply for tenure or promotion, I know that you all want our colleagues to have the best representation they can on the campus faculty personnel committee. I URGE you to vote (either electronically or in paper form) at your earliest convenience.

Furthermore, and I say this with all due respect, when folks do not participate in the governance process, it undermines the process. And, I think we will all agree that if we choose not to vote - we have no right to complain about the final process. If you are anything like me, this is certainly enough reason to vote - so that you can complain. LOL.

Thanks,

Michele
