Dear Students,

A number of you are gearing up to submit your e-portfolios and I am writing to share information and a number of important dates.

March 1 -- Submission
* A number of students have had an issue with submission, including being unable to determine whether their e-portfolio has been submitted.
* If your e-portfolio has not been submitted, there is no way for the counseling faculty to know that you intended to submit it. We are only able to see and evaluate e-portfolios that are submitted.
* The following link is provided by Digication and has been helpful to those who have had significant difficulty submitting their e-portfolio. Please use it: https://support.digication.com/entries/21216787-Submitting-Assignments-fr

April 18 -- Phase Two Evaluation will be complete (e-portfolios are independently scored by two faculty members) and most students will know whether they have passed or not by this date, as the status is updated as the e-portfolios are assessed. This does mean that some will know their status ahead of others, however all will know by April 18. This information will be available under the "Assignment Tab" within Digication. A green ³P² means you have passed and a gray ³N² means you have not and will need to meet with a faculty reviewer and prepare your e-portfolio for resubmission.

May 23-- Phase Three is engaged to reconcile scoring discrepancies between two faculty, by a third faculty member. Please note‹ This discrepancy will mean that these students will not know of their status until a 3rd reviewer can review and submit the final determination. These students can check and be notified of their status by May 23. This information will be available under the "Assignment Tab" within Digication. A green ³P² means you have passed and a gray ³N² means you have not and will need to meet with a faculty reviewer to prepare your e-portfolio for resubmission.

As indicated above, resubmission is a part of the e-portfolio process. For those that do not pass, they will meet with one of the faculty members that evaluated their work to receive constructive feedback that should be integrated in their resubmission. The due date for resubmission will be announced.

Need Help: TROUBLE WITH YOUR DIGICATION LOG-IN, ACCESSING YOUR E-PORTFOLIO, OR UPLOADING YOUR WORK: Please be in contact with Raven Maldonado-Brown.

NEED HELP WITH CHOOSING WORK TO UPLOAD OR HOW TO WRITE YOUR RATIONALE: Email your assigned faculty advisor.
