All,

Thank you to those of you who have been sending in your projects. After just a quick glance, I wanted to thank each of you for all your hard work. Many of you demonstrated initiative in altering your data collection to reflect your respective practice areas. Also, many of you have been very helpful in providing additional insights into your project and decision-making during your affiliations. All of these insights have been very helpful in ensuring your data is entered and analyzed appropriately. Thank you again.

Not only will this data provide the department and the faculty with a wealth of understanding about your exposure, your treatment-planning and your outcomes during your affiliations, but the data is also being used to report back to the University about your learning outcomes, and how well you have translated your classroom knowledge into productive clinical performance.

You should also understand that the data being analyzed for reporting purposes is not meant to make any judgements about your individual clinical experiences, but rather to look at the ultimate and overall experience of the group as you prepare to enter the profession as autonomous practitioners. We will be looking at your outcomes collectively as we gain a concrete understanding of the pinnacle and final clinical practice affiliation of our program.

None of this could have been possible without your efforts and dedication to this effort. On behalf of the entire department, I would like to thank you all again, and wish you all the best as you enter one if the most rewarding and dynamic professions there is.
