Small hospital seeks fulltime PT (predominately outpatient) to serve desirable small town (7,000) located on the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway in Southwest Virginia. Incredibly beautiful country. Rolling hills. Very lush. Very green. Some of the state's tallest peaks are visible to the west. Comfortable summer, with highs averaging in the low 80s. Amazing foliage in the fall. Considerable snow in the winter. Locals pride their community as being "old timey". Bluegrass music hotbed. Very good salaries for Virginia. New grads start around $35/hour with top-notch benefits. $500 in student loan repayment assistance every month you are employed.  Moving to a small mountain community is not a good move for the vast majority of you. But it could be an incredible move for the right person.
